These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital products, programs, coaching services, and offerings provided via the Kajabi platform and other channels of the provider.
2. Scope of Application
These T&C apply to all contracts concluded between the provider and the client, including in particular:

Digital products (e.g., audios, PDFs, video courses)

Online programs
-
1:1 mentoring & (group) coaching

Downloads & freebies
By booking or purchasing an offer, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Services & Access
The specific contents and services depend on the respective product or offer (e.g., coaching program, course description on the website).
Digital products and programs are provided via Kajabi. Coaching calls are arranged individually (e.g., via Calendly or e-mail).
For online products, you will receive immediate or time-limited access to the protected member area upon purchase. For mentoring, individual timeframes apply (e.g., 3 months + 1-month integration phase).
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are quoted in Euro and include applicable VAT.
Payments are processed exclusively via Stripe or PayPal.
Depending on the offer, a one-time payment or installment plan is available. For installment payments, the first installment is due immediately, further installments are charged automatically each month.
Invoices including VAT can be provided upon request.
5. Contract Duration & Extension
For 1:1 mentoring, a minimum duration of 3 months applies. Extensions are possible by individual agreement.
Access to digital courses or programs is – unless otherwise agreed – granted without limitation.
6. Withdrawal, Cancellation & Refund Policy
For digital products, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies, provided the download has not yet taken place. If immediate access or use is granted, this right expires (in accordance with Art. 356 (5) BGB).
For 1:1 mentoring and individual coaching, no refund – not even partial – is possible once the mentoring has begun.
Early termination is only possible by agreement with the provider. Silent termination or chargebacks are not permitted.
7. Coaching Process & Responsibility
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical, or psychological treatment.
Participation is at your own responsibility. The provider does not guarantee success or specific results.
You remain responsible for your own implementation, decisions, and integration of what you learn.
8. WhatsApp Support & Calls
If agreed, WhatsApp support is part of 1:1 mentoring – available Monday to Friday, with a maximum response time of 24 hours.
Coaching calls are scheduled individually and may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. After that, the session is considered attended.
9. Copyright & Usage Rights
All content (videos, PDFs, audios, worksheets, texts) is protected by copyright and remains the property of The Frosali Group SL.
They are for the personal use of the purchaser only.
Sharing, reproducing, or commercial use is prohibited and will be legally pursued.
10. Liability Disclaimer
The provider assumes no liability for:

Health, financial, or emotional consequences

Technical issues on the client’s side (e.g., internet connection, devices)
-
Content provided by third parties (e.g., external links)
11. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the separate Privacy Policy.

12. Final Provisions
Jurisdiction is – insofar as legally permissible – Spain, the registered office of the provider.
The law of the country in which the provider is based shall apply.
If any provision of these T&C is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
