  • Stripe and PayPal (payment processing)

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA (e.g., to the USA), this is done on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally valid safeguards.

8. Cookies & Tracking

This website uses cookies to ensure functionality and – if you consent – for analytics and marketing. When you first visit, a cookie banner will appear where you can choose your preferences.

In the future, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) may be used. Such tools process pseudonymized data (e.g., shortened IP addresses, page views). Analytics only run with your prior consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie settings.

9. Server Logs & Security

For technical operation, server log files are processed (e.g., IP address, date/time, referrer URL, browser type). This is necessary for system stability and security (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

I apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, such as:

  • SSL encryption of the website

  • Role-based access restrictions

  • Secure payment processing via Stripe/PayPal
My service providers also apply suitable security measures.

The newsletter follows the double opt-in procedure. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in each e-mail or by contacting [email protected]
